1. Add 1 tbsp yoghurt to 1 package of heavy cream/ all-purpose cream and stir.
2. Let it stand for 8-12 hrs
3. Blend until curdles form (I will use a food processor next time)
4.Strain the liquid from the butter ( that is buttermilk)
5. rinse the butter until water becomes clear
6.squeeze water out of the butter, add salt if you prefer
7. store in a container or use a mold to form.
